It has been 21 years since Terri Fourziano, the founder of Amerdon International Inc. brought Donald James “DJ” Morrison into the small upstart company, prior to her passing in December of 2000.
It has been 21 years since Sharon Louise Morrison and Donald James “DJ” Morrison started building Amerdon International and developing Rapid Response. Sharon as President and Donald as Vice President.
It has been 11 years since Sharon Louise Morrison stole everything from Donald James “DJ” Morrison and severely damaged his reputation, with the help of a few other people. But that wasn’t enough for her!
MY NAME IS DONALD JAMES MORRISON. ALSO KNOWN AS DJ.

Here is a brief introduction. Everything will be elaborated on further in this document along with supporting documents.
This is the “TRUE STORY” of Amerdon International Incorporated, it’s products and the truth of who Sharon Louise Morrison is. It’s the truth of how Donald James “DJ” Morrison unselfishly and patiently dealt with Sharon L Morrison, an asocial individual, and her self-aggrandizing, sociopath behavior and provided her his talents and abilities.
Donald James Morrison was brought into Amerdon International Inc by the founder Dr. Theresa Fourziano in early 2000. Terri was dying of cancer. She asked Donald to fly out to California to meet with her. Terri asked Donald to partner with Sharon to run Amerdon after Terri passes. Terri said Sharon can’t do it she doesn’t’ have the ability. Donald said yes. Terri replied, “you’re going to have to carry most of her weight to grow this company but I would like someone to take care of Sharon after I’m gone.
Donald did as Terri asked. He did so unselfishly and in service with mountains of patience, to the tune of millions of dollars. You will see the truth of how Donald and Sharon started out as partners in 2000 and her self-aggrandizing took over and slowly got worse to the point where she was telling the world she started the company and Donald was just her “nephew,” that she was helping out. Sharon L Morrison is a nut job.
You should know that Donald resigned from Amerdon in 2003. Sharon’s behavior and decision making had gotten so bad that people and animals health was at risk, as well as the company. She had lost one of Terri’s biggest customers because of irrational behavior. The next year she asked Donald to come back. She couldn’t do it without him.
Why tell this story now?
Sharon Louis Morrison, Dwayne Gilbert Morrison and Theron Dolliver Morrison tried to destroy Donald and took everything in 2008 to 2010. People said horrible things to Donald at that time so he left Sharon alone and started over again.
But now these people are back together and have taken a new financial blessing from Donald. They have added Whitne Morrison Strain to their group of thieves. These people truly almost killed Donald James Morrison with the emotional assault they have perpetrated over the years. 21 years!
Sharon Louis Morrison is now accusing Donald of attempted murder in 2008!

Sharon Louis Morrison is a self-aggrandizing individual. Boastful in disregard to the truth. Acting in order to make herself seem more important with a lack of empathy and consideration to others.
She has an excessive need for admiration and a long history of narcissistic behavior. How does an asocial person create a business without interacting with the public? Someone else has to unselfishly do the work while she hides behind her email.

First you should know who Donald James Morrison truly is.
Donald is not some unskilled “nephew,” as Sharon Morrison would have people believe.
Donald James Morrison.
-Donald served in the USMC.
-Donald attended Boise State University studying Health Science.
-Donald was heading into Sports Medicine with two internships his Junior and Senior years at a Sports Medicine PT clinic already complete.
-During college Donald had started an irrigation company called Cascade Waters Pressurized Irrigation Systems. As subdivisions in and around Boise Idaho were developed on farm lands there was an irrigation tax that had to be paid whether you used the water or not.
Donald started installing pressurized irrigation systems in the new subdivision being developed. This provided a non-potable water source for every home being built and value to the homeowners. This proved to be a great solution. Ultimately his service valve design was adopted by the counties in the Treasure Valley.
Half way through the Spring semester of his Senior year Donald’s company had hundreds of thousands of dollars in contracts and installs underway. Donald had just bought his second house keeping the first one for a rental.
Donald then started another business called Intensity Casual Sportwear. Donald had no experience in the industry. Designing the clothing line and logos himself he set out creating and selling the brand. Donald bootstrapped the operation. Reinvesting money he had made in Cascade Waters. It started out strong. At the 1998 PGA Golf show in Las Vegas Donald had a booth with his clothing there. This led to contracts for Macy’s stores to carry his product. After investing in a large run to fill the orders Donald got an education in the game of clothing buyers and corporate contracts. If anyone is interested. The way the contracts worked then, is that a buyer would make agreements to purchase your clothing for Macy’s. There was a loop hole they don’t tell you about. The buyer doesn’t actually work for Macy’s so Macy’s is able to change their mind by canceling the relationship with the buyer. Very expensive lesson.
Donald and his wife were ready for a change so he rebounded by taking a Job in Austin Texas managing a manufacturing company. This is 1999 into 2000.
In early 2000 Donald received the call with a request to come to California and see Dr. Fourziano. Terri and Sharon were living together at that time and Terri was ill with cancer.
Donald flew into Sand Diego and traveled up to Valley Center and met Terri at the house. She was bed ridden. The conversation went something like this.
After brief small talk Dr. Fourziano told Sharon to leave the room. Terri asked Donald about his business experience. She asked Donald about his schooling. They talked of anatomy and how the human body works. She then asked Donald if he knew what OCD stood for. His response was yes. Osteochondral Dysplasia. Terri was looking for someone to take over her company when she died. Right then she asked if Donald if he would be willing to do so. Sharon can’t do it she doesn’t have the ability. You’re going to have to carry most of her weight to grow this company but I would like someone to take care of Sharon after I’m gone. Would Donald partner with her and do so. Donald said yes. She called Sharon into the room and told her that Donald was going to be her partner when Terri passed on. Donald started working immediately. Here are some documents to show proof. Terri passed in December of 2000. Sharon took on the role of President and Donald as Vice President.
I will revisit this time frame later after I finish Donald’s information.
Donald was doing perimeter security design work for some federal facilities and bases while working for the manufacturing company. He left the manufacturing company and started an Access Control and Security Solutions company in 2001. He called it Rapid Response Access Controls and Security Solutions. Why? Because from the start of working with Terri and Sharon he had created a big buzz and brought in lots of clients for Rapid Response. Now he could answer his phone and just say Rapid Response and cover both businesses.
Donald was growing Rapid Response and needed the flexibility to travel more. From the spring of 2000 till starting this new company Donald and his wife Heather had been to Rodeos, Horse Racing Tracks like Manor Downs, Ratama, Sam Houston, San Luis Rey Downs, many family day rodeos and more. Some may remember the first flier he created. Here it is.

Donald resigned from Amerdon International Inc May 6, 2003. For reasons we’ll cover later.
Sharon asked him to come back in 2004.
In 2004 Donald combined his company with Don Greenwood and they started Don Greenwood and Associates. This was a consulting firm that specialized in Risk Assessment and Security Management. They developed Life Safety Control centers. Did Department of Homeland Security compliance for major Oil and Gas corporations and fortune 500 companies. They created specialized video and text training programs covering DHS compliance for FSO and other security personnel. Chemical Facility Anti Terrorism Standards, Maritime Transportation Security Act, TWIC and a bunch of other acronyms. They did physical security Risk Assessments for many Oil and Gas Customers. They created a high quality company.
As you see Donald is quite capable of starting and running profitable businesses.
When Donald agreed to come back to Amerdon it was as 50/50 partners with Sharon and it had to be done officially in writing. June 2008 became the date that they would both work Amerdon full time.
A side note. In 2005 Donald wrote and shot a 10 minute film. It screened at the Cannes Film Festival, SXSW, Action on Film in LA and a few others.

In the spring of 2008 Donald sold out to his partners in Don Greenwood and Associates. This included a non-compete agreement.
June 1st he was in Valley Center working Amerdon International Inc full time. More on this and 1.4 million dollars he discovered missing later.
October of 2008 Donald was forced to close down Amerdon International Inc.
Donald did start his own company to carry on. However, the emails and phone calls he received from people that did not know the truth about his involvement with Amerdon International Inc destroyed him. He just gave up and completely walked away. It was eventually bad enough he had to seek professional help.
In 2009 Donald started DJ Morrison Custom Homes. As expected, it was successful. He became the first builder In the Texas Hill Country to offer fully certified Energy Star homes. He was also licensed as a certified Veterans Association Builder. It was not something he enjoyed so in 2013 he closed it down.
In 2010 a man flew his airplane into an IRS building in Austin Texas. This resulted in the Department of Homeland Security wanting Risk Assessments and Security Solutions done on every Federal facility in the United States. 25 Security professionals were chosen to complete this task. Donald James Morrison received the call to be one of those individuals. This team had former FBI agents, Secret Service, Military, and a few other acronym professionals. They accomplished the goal in approximately six months.
From 2013 Donald was making his living as a SAG/AFTRA Actor and Stunt Performer/Double.
In 2011 Donald wrote and recorded his first album Titled Steppin’ In Texas Time. He has since followed that up with 3 more full length albums and has played shows from California to Key West and the Caribbean.
Now the reader should have an idea of who Donald James “DJ” Morrison is.

2000.
You’ve got the overview of the year 2000 in my description of who Donald is. This next document is an excerpt of the final write up about Terri at her passing December 16, 2000. Donald was asked to give the final prayer at the cemetery dedicating Dr. Theresa Fourziano’s final resting place. She was born Theresa Gina Anziano in 1930. Bridgeport Connecticut.
Here is an excerpt from Amerdon Internaitonal Inc’s customer comments section. It’s the story of a horse who Donald was working with in 2000 that came back to win.
2001
Donald and Sharon were discussing how to move forward with the company. They both had full time jobs. Donald proposed creating a website with an online shopping cart which would alleviate some of the phone calls and emails and automate that process. He proposed setting up a UPS account and having the drivers pick up right at the farm and using online banking. It was agreed. Donald set up the account with UPS and built the online shopping cart. I should note that Donald was not a website designer. He researched and taught himself how to do it. Eventually he built an entirely new site for Amerdon. He continued to handle the website maintenance duties until 2008. I bring this up because you will eventually see that Sharon and Dwayne Morrison will claim that that is “all Donald did” and he was paid for it. It appears that Sharon doesn’t realize that having a website and shopping cart is the most effective thing a company could have! Combined with SEO optimization and advertising of course.
Here is a copy of Sharons email to Donald agreeing with Donald about the old web host company. Also a quote to build a website shopping cart from the company that eventually hosted their website. As I said above Donald did all the work including search engine optimization.

Note: You will become aware as this moves forward that Donald handled much of Amerdon’s business needs that were technical or required research. He also created the advertising the testimonial videos, handled getting insurance and compliance with other countries, trade shows. Etc… Moving on.

On 4/19/01 Donald got his first hint that Sharon was already trying to place herself above him. She had told other distributors that he was a distributor. You’ve already seen that he is the Vice President of the company in a previous document above.
This email is from a person that has been around since about day one of Amerdon. She is a solid individual and out of respect I will not use her name in this document but her efforts were also massive in the spreading of the word on Rapid Responses success.

The part in this email about the distributors is valid. Donald was involved with setting up people to be Amerdon International Inc. distributors from the beginning. Here are three more emails. One from 2001, 2002 and one from 2008, that show the expanse of times Donald was doing this work for their company.
5 2 2008 Alex Distributor Proposal
The whole distributor thing is going to pop up over and over with Sharon. In the beginning it was not too bad because you could keep up with the customers and who they belonged to. As word spread and a Distributor in Colorado had spoken to someone in New York who had spoken to someone in Texas who had spoken to someone in Oklahoma it was impossible to tell which distributor should get credit. Or when Donald is at a tradeshow in Florida and gets new customers for Amerdon and then a Distributor in Florida hears that other Floridians are using the product how do they get credit or should they? Sharon refused to allow a proper program allowing Distributors to keep account of their customers. This will eventually become a nightmare as RR grows. Amerdon is not a Multi-Level Marketing company. If you keep doing the same thing that doesn’t work over and over you’ll get the same results.
Donald was working hand in hand with Sharon in 2001 and Rapid Response was growing quickly. This document shows about 1/3 of the sales that came out of just Donald place in Texas in 2001. The information is massive and editing it to keep peoples privacy takes time so I’ve only included enough to make a point. Donald with the help of his wife as well was rocking and rolling.
In 2001 Rapid Response was new to many people. Due to this newness, once they saw how it worked everyone wanted to be a distributor. Wanted in on the ground floor. Problem was Sharon had no distributor solution to protect distributor customers. When Donald suggested having Distributors buy in minimum orders she refused. The distributors should be allowed to have their own website to send their customers too. No she said. There were only a few distributors at this time.
2000 and 2001 saw Donald and his wife at many equine events, rodeos, race tracks and family days telling people about Rapid Response and Amerdon. Back then you could go to a smaller rodeo or family day and they would let you set up a booth. Sometimes for free and usually no more than 25 or 30 dollars. Donald got to show the product to George Strait when they were at Georges San Antonio Rose Palace for a family day rodeo.
Here is an email from Sharon in February of 2001 about ingredients and suppliers. Sharon says, “the cost of ingredients will never be a way to get the costs down….remember that and never try!!!!!!!!!!.”
Fortunately, Donald will prove this to be false. Donald is able to secure a better and more consistent Aloe Vera product. The quality was so high and the price difference he got was so drastic it dropped the manufacturing cost of a gallon of Rapid Response by 75%. This aloe would also launch the product into it’s next growth. More on the Aloe later.

Terri had contacts in the UAE. Here is a request from the UAE. Probably not something you would share with just anyone.
I’ll share with you the email that started our relationship with Dr.Kellon of the Horse Journal. A relationship that ultimately really brought some awareness to Rapid Response and sales. That’s a good thing for everyone. I’ve blacked out the emails again for privacy. Someone with initials DK deserve a lot of respect for this blessing.
2001 Donald put together documents to help with Research and Development. They were giving out product to help people but quite often would not get any feedback. In this growth period the data was priceless. Also Sharon wanted to claim the Farm as a research facility. In order to do that records had to be kept.

Look at the bottom of the last page of the R and D doc, and t where it Says INTENSITY. That’s Donalds old clothing company name. He and Sharon are talking about creating a new product with the at name.
Ultimately this program was never followed at the farm. It’s something that would take continuous effort and dedication. That is not something Sharon is good at. She would just blame the mexican workers for not doing it. This may sound ticky tacky but it is consistent to Sharon constantly blaming others and also potentially putting the company in a bad tax position. The IRS likes proof.
Speaking of Tax issues. Amerdon International Inc was registered as a Nevada Corporation. That required very concise procedures and record keeping as the company was actually in Valley Center ,Ca. . Not doing so puts everything at risk. Sharon and Donald went to Nevada to sit through the training program at the company they were using to facilitate the legal operation of the Nevada Corp. It was called NCH, Nevada Corporate Headquarters. On the day of the training Sharon telephones Donald and says she is not going to go to the training. She is going to the casino to bet on football. She said it doesn’t matter anyway If I go because you handle all of this stuff anyway so you’re the one that needs to learn it.
Here is an email from Sharon to Donald requesting his help for the website. What is interesting is in one email she hates rosart, the old company that previously hosted the site.. Donald corrects the issue with some research and then Sharon responds with something Rosart told her. Perfect example of Donald doing research but Sharon changing something just because the thinks of it, then it must be right.

It’s important to note that up to this point you see that Donald has been very active in the growth of Their Company for over a year. This next email from Sharon states that the Website is #1 of importance to growing big. Then there is a bunch of rambling how she’s going ot give part of their company to this person or that. Crazy talk.

Here is an email from Sharon to Donald’s wife Heather. It’s Sharon rambling but the point is she thinks of something and wants everyone else to do the work.

This next email is from Sharon to Donald. The main point is that she is asking Donald to find out how they can protect Rapid Response. The thing is It’s technical. Sharon doesn’t have the mental focus to find solutions to these types of technical items. The second point to this email is it has the vibe of Sharon’s self-aggrandizing getting heavier… now I’m a CEO and I’ll ask you to do it.
Donald and Sharon made the next batch of Rapid Response in 2001. Let me paint the picture. There is a large pot on the kitchen stove. It holds a gallon of Aloe Vera. The heat knob is turned just past low. Sharon is stirring the Aloe as if it is an award-winning chili. She says this is the trick. “You bring it up to just before boil, super, super slow and then add in the dry ingredients. That is what makes it special.” After 45 minutes it starts to get there. Sharone says, it time. Donald asks, “Do you know what the temperature is?” Sharon, “no you just do it by feel.” Donald, “Why don’t you put a thermometer in it and see what the temp is?” “No! this is how Terri did it.” Donald, “Do you know how hot you can get Aloe Vera before ruining it?” Sharon, “No! but this is not that hot!” They start to add in the dry ingredients and they stir for another 15 more minutes till a film develops on the surface of the Aloe Vera. Sharon steps back, “That’s it. That’s what Terri calls the mothers milk.” Donald, “Looks like Grape Seed Extract stuck to glucosmanine.”
As Donald and Sharon are putting the dry ingredients together they are short on the Red Grape Seed Extract. Sharon grabs a bag of White Grape Seed Extract and says we will just use this. Donald’s like Whoa. You can’t just make the product with what you have. You have to make it with the correct ingredients every-time. She says no I’m using the White Grape Seed it’s cheaper. Donald, “last time you will do that.” This is true folks.
Donald researched the differences between white and red grape seed extracts. The red has much more quality … Here are two pages of hundreds he has in research. Donald ended up making changes to Rapid Response with the GSE for the next batch which made the product better.
Between December 3, 2002 and May 20, 2003, Sharon went from Rapid Response to RR T, RR F, RR TF, RR MF, RR#10, RR 10 TF, RR RB, RR RBTF, RRH RRHF. That’s roughly five and and a half months. That’s right folks. She didn’t test any of these changes! She just made them and told you they were awesome. Donald had to be the one to break down the ingredients she was throwing in to see what the quantities per ounce were to make sure they were safe. I’m not making this up!!
This is going to come up again in 2008 with Hyaluronic Acid and Sharon wanting to add it to RR. That is without ever researching Hyaluronic Acid’s compatibility with the ingredients currently in Rapid Response or if it would mess up the synergistic effects of Rapid Response. Sharon, “No! It’s popular and I know it will be ok.” Y’all think I’m kidding! Sharon believes that if she thinks something, it’s true. She will then lie without any concern for others health. For as much as you may think she is amazing she will turn on you like a rattle snake if you make her mad. She freaks out when it happens. Listen to this video clip of Sharon in August 2008.

This is one of the things that will lead to Donald’s resignation in 2003 as well as the debacle in 2008. She’s going to hurt somebody or some animal.

Well, I’ve gotten ahead of myself.
STARTING A BUSINESS
For any of the readers not familiar with starting a corporation I’ll provide a brief description.
If you want to start a corporation, C Corp, S Corp, LLC etc… You can go to the Secretary of State site for the State you want your corporation to be in. Fill out the paperwork online and pay the fee. The fee is different for each state but it is around $200.00, + or -, for a C Corp. In Wyoming you can register an LLC for 100.00.
Guess what? Now you can call yourself the president of a corporation, or a vice president or even a Chief Executive Officer. Just like that you have a title. But it doesn’t mean you have the skill, commitment or wherewithal to be legitimate to the title. Also, if you have registered yourself a corporation and are calling yourself a CEO and you only have yourself or maybe one or two additional employees, well that is frowned upon in the business world. All you are really telling people, especially your one or two employees, is that you have an ego. You’re representing yourself to the business community as a real player when in fact you’re a fake. Sharon Louis Morrison likes o call herself the CEO.
I am providing this information so you will understand that a person has nothing just because you started a company. You can call yourself a president but it means nothing unless someone is willing to support you in that position. It means nothing if you cannot go out and make your business grow. If you only have a few products and don’t go out and kick the tires then you have nothing. If you are lucky to have other people do the heavy lifting of business development then you should count yourself lucky and honored that a business partner would support you having that title. Granted today you can fully market some products online and never leave your bedroom, that was not the case in 1999. Nor is it the case for a product like Rapid Response.
2002
Sharon has been putting up pasture fences, Building Shed covers in the pastures. She is spending a lot of money to try and turn their 20 acres into s beautiful Horse Farm. Donald understands she wants this and is compassionate to that desire. He is very patient as she is spending a lot of the company’s money on the farm and not budgeting for the future. On one visit to the farm, she asked Donald if he would put in an irrigation system for the property. He agreed and designed a large-scale system that gave individual watering options for each pasture and the option of running the system on city or well water. It was very nice of him to do this. Sharon then spent money on seed and seeded the pastures. To shorten the story. She didn’t keep up with growing the seed and eventually quit using the irrigation system. It was thousands of dollars just wasted. The point is. Once again it takes commitment and dedication to make something like that work. Her answer is just ot blame the workers. She wants an amazing farm but isn’t committed ot doing what it takes. So, she goes gambling.
Sharon also wanted to put an electric gate operator on the property. Once again it was going to be very expensive even with Donald agreeing to do the work. Remember they are trying to grow a company and Sharon is selfishly chasing these ideas. Sharon had a gate built at a cost of $6000.00. Unbelievable. Donald put in the entire access control system including the concrete and track for the gate. It included an intercom to ring the house. That was approximately $5000.00 more in material and componenents. It did not take long for this to fall into disrepair. Ask yourself how long you will be sympathetic to someone spending money you are helping bring into your company on themselves and their personal desires. I say this know because the self centered attitude of Sharon will keep their company broke and when we get to 2008… well you’ll see.
Even though Donald and Sharon will share the property in the future because the company money is paying for it, Donald puts a stop to her excessive labor requests of him. This makes Sharon mad.
Sharon Louise Morrison has a bad gambling problem. It’s Casinos, tracks, online horse racing, betting on football games. She will literally sit in front of her computer during the work day betting on Horse Races. Here is a document from 2008. It is compiled directly from Donald’s daily work logs. Even though this is shocking Donald still didn’t log all the trips to the casino. Why did he log this? Stay tuned.
Sharon also fancies herself as a Thoroughbred Horse Racer. During this time she is breeding new babies and having horses trained. Whose paying for the gambling and the Horse Racing. The farm has Terri and Sharons horses. Sharon is also collecting more horses. She’ll say she is rescuing them and it’s for research. That is not the case and they all become pasture ornaments. She won’t even let someone adopt one. Now all of this goes on for years. Donald did create documents to try and make this happen but it requires commitment and if Sharon has to focus on something for more than a few minutes it doesn’t happen.

The original request to Trademark Rapid Response was unsuccessful. The USPTO had requested additional information regarding Statement of Use. Donald was able to get the old Notice of Allowance cancelled and a new one issued. Ultimately Donald is successful in getting Rapid Response trademarked.
Why is this important now? If you are putting effort into building a business that will benefit you and the customers how long do you watch Sharons selfish acts of burning through money for her own pleasure. I’m not saying that Terri and Sharons horses should not be cared for. They should. Yes Terri and Sharon bought that big old property but it still has to be paid for. If you are building a business how patient would you be with that selfishness. Some may say it’s not selfish because she’s taking care of a horse. But it is if you keep collecting horses for no reason than collecting horses. She does that for her own self esteem and gives no care to the other putting in the effort to grow the company.
In 2002 Sharon starts making untested changes to Rapid Response. Sharon went to the lab and made a very bad batch of Rapid Response while Donald was in Texas. The product should have never gone out. It ended up causing an issue with Jacks or Better farm as well as Dux our distributor in Australia. That bad batch will lead to a lawsuit in Australia that will cost Amerdon tens of thousands in legal fees but also the loss of a burgeoning market. I’ll revisit this in a few years. It became know as the thin formula. As I said ealier. Sharon changes whatever she wants and just believes in her head that it will work. No need to research. You’ll see that she is sending out untested product and asking the client to test it. She’s not even sure what she sent.

In 2002 Donald started working on opportunities for a Human division. There were a few people taking RR but it was not advertised as a human product yet. Sharon wanted to market to Humans but that was going to take some rebranding, some testing and compliance…oh, and insurance. Amerdon International Inc did not have any product insurance. Donald will eventually solve this in 2005. Here are several emails for proof. One of them is for the owner of a NFL team and one for a professional Supercross Racer. The other for a testing option. I will present more on this in 2007 and 2008. In 2002 Sharon refused to allow the VO2 testing. She refused again in 2008. More on that later.
Donald attended tradeshows across the country and continued to work the Texas area and California. Norfield magnets owed Amerdon a lot of money. Norfields magnets had registered for some big trade shows so it made great sense for Donald to attend the shows with them. He sold Amerdon products as well as Norfield products at the booths. Why wouldn’t you. If he makes Norfields some money then they can pay their Amerdon bills.
This next email covers a lot of information. It talks about Donald being at the Cowboy Christmas Trade Show in Las Vegas. It also shows Sharon once again changing Rapid Response. When Donald is not traveling for Amerdon he is working his Access Control and Security Solutions company. You’ll see Sharon rambling on about Donald punching a clock like he doesn’t work. Eventually Donald started to take a draw from their company Amerdon International but at a fraction of what Sharon is taking. It was enough to balance his need to be flexible and travel and keep his bills paid as long as he brought in an additional 1000.00 a month from his company. It was a big sacrifice as Donald’s customers are developers and if he is not around to service them, they move on to other contractors. Choosing to travel and market RR was a big gamble. Sharon is in full blown self-agrandizing mode and it only gets worse.
This next email is all over the place. The best thing to do is just read it. Sharon will claim expenses for the Tractor, Gate, Time Lapse Training, Hay and other item’s and try and justify the expenses that the business is covering. She tries to rationalize that expenses for the farm cannot be counted because it is really Terri’s and the original purpose of the money. She will then state Donald should understand all this and know there is no guarantee that Donald will receive his 1200.00 dollar draw twice a month. Then she states that “both of us have earned a lot more than either of us have received to date.” It further advocates Sharons irrational and manipulative thinking but also her selfish nature. It talks about the new RR made with Chondroitin in it. This is something Donald and Sharon did talk about but he was surprised she started doing it without testing it. Towards the end you’ll see Sharon state that Donald has nothing to lose but she is afraid of loosing the the farm. It’s that self centered statement. Donald has as much to lose as Sharon. She also states that the RR products are similar but know one needs to know. Also, she asks Donald to request the Vendor’s endorsements from our suppliers. Anyone reading this can see that Donald is nothing like what is said in Sharon and Dwaynes Declarations.

You’ll get an idea of the value of a gallon of Rapid Response as well see at the bottom she wants to keep racing horses, training and breeding… It’s further proof of the money being wasted and her selfish desires while they build the company.
Next is an email from 3/24/02. Sharon is angry at Donald for not checking his emails enough. She calls him her White Knight but changes her opinion then asks him for help. It’s typical Sharon rambling and need or reality check. As I said above if you make her angry, even for what is a childish reason she will turn on you. He’s about to be headed to California to attend a trade/horse show. You can only give yourself a corporate title if someone is willing to accept it. As you are seeing Donald has been pretty compassionate in providing Sharon the opportunity to be something she has never been in life.
In 2002 Donald was looking at marketing opportunities like QVC and what it would take to make that happen and if it would be viable. It could be done with proper packaging and an investment of approximately $120,000.00 for the show and product and delivery to the shipping location where they would fulfill the orders. Also fully legally compliant. It was a great education but they were not ready for that yet.
As previously discussed above Donald was attending Trade Shows and Horse shows with Norfields he was helping them make money. In hopes they could also pay their bill to Amerdon. Trade Mark. Amerdon International Inc’s initial Trade Mark for Rapid Response needed to be completed. Donald does the technical work and allows Sharon to put her name on it. He was successful at it was registered December 31, 2002.
I’ll fast forward to 2005 and 2006 for a moment. This is Donald’s efforts to get Rapid Response Trademarked in Australia. This first email from their attorneys in Australia is the initial declaration Macrossans presented with the information provided for Amerdon International Inc. Its from December 2005. This is a large document with information Donald provided that includes labels, advertisements and sales for Rapid Response. Many of you will remember the logo Amerdon International Inc was using. It is the infinity symbol pointing toward the sky. Donald created this symbol and trademarked it. It’s on the documents in the Australia application and on the product labels, letterheads, websites you name it for Amerdon International Inc. until 2008. You will see the trademark issue again in 2008 where Sharon egregiously files false paperwork to the USPTO office.

This next email from January 20th, 2006 says on the second page that it is not likely that Donald will be able to Trademark RR in Australia for Amerdon International Inc. Notice the header on page one as the email is sent to Donald. The first page of this document is questions Donald posed to the attorneys as possible solutions for situations I will discuss later in this document in 2005-2007.

Later in this document you will see over and over that Sharon writes that Donald needs to learn the business and really belittles him. In preparation for that, here is one more document from 2002. Donald created everything. If the reader hasn’t surmised yet that Donald doesn’t just know the business, he built the technical aspects of the business. Knows how the business functions and in this email he is handling shopping cart and billing issues. There is so much information but I need to move on to 2003.

To this point Donald has been gracious in handling the difficult tasks of growing Amerdon International Inc. He has been very patient in dealing with Sharon Louise Morrison her excuses, her selfishness, her crazy ideas, overstatement of who she is and who is doing what. There are other people involved as distributors and one in particular who has been a big help. She has grown her business and thus Amerdon’s business. She is also responsible for the Horse Journal relationaship that is a big plus for all. I wont say her name but if she is reading this she was appreciated.
The need for Amerdon to become totally legal is paramount at this point. The corporation needs to be operating and following the guidelines necessary to comply as a Nevada Corporation. People are taking RR and this has its own set of compliance issues. The product has to stop changing at Sharon’s whim. It is untested and quite frankly unnecessary. The 2002 debacle that is going to bring about a big lawsuit in a few years is something that they cannot have happen again. Sharon is also claiming they have new products when some of them are the same product she is just re naming it and charging different prices. Donald has his hands full.
Sharon makes an announcement on January 9th, 2003 without speaking with Donald. She then forwards Donald the email on January 13, 2003. The information is a lie. The products are the same. She’s just putting a different label on it. Donald is trying to get Sharon to understand that as a human version is marketed and the company does not have their ducks in a row they could lose everything.

Donald takes over the process of getting Insurance for the company. He is in need of some of the information Sharon has.
To help with the precedent here is an email from Sharon where she chooses to work on paperwork for the baby horse and separate her from her mother and put off a customer. Why this lone email may not be that significant it is representative of Sharon’s behavior and sets some precedent in her rants about not having time to do anything like she is special and more important.

Donald is trying to continue to grow Amerdon but Sharon is continuing to spend money for her own selfish desires. Donald is now taking a draw of 2500.00 a month from their company. He is spending much of his time traveling and promoting Amerdon International Inc. He is creating advertising and video content to promote. Thus he has less time at home to operate his business. Sharon is wasting more than that just on trying to be a Thoroughbred Horse Racer. Instead of money being saved Sharon is spending it all. The reader will see that this is going to escalate into some incredibly dumb requests from Sharon to cover her selfish spending. Sharon is not capable of doing any of the technical or face to face marketing that Donald is doing. He is taking big chances to build a brand for something he believes in that benefits he and Sharon. He is also being very compassionate about Sharons massive spending on the farm as well as watching the farm not develop into something pretty with the investment in irrigation, seed etc.
Now I’m going to back up one day previous from the above email on 1 28 03 (The one where Sharon can’t remember about Pamona or Indio.

This next email is pretty important. On 1 28 03 at 9:56 am Donald responds to one of Sharon’s email. What the reader will notice is that her pettiness and childishness is growing. The more Sharon does stupid things and gets called on it the more she makes childish statements that are not beneficial to running the company or it’s advancement. It’s only beneficial for Sharon as she tries to make herself seem more important than she is. Donald is addressing Sharon’s attempts at limiting the product he takes to the horse show. She is only doing this as a power move. It is unreasonable to spend so much money attending a horse shows and then not having a bucket or two of extra product to sell. Donald also addresses the issue of Sharon offering 5% of their company to Annette with a great explanation of DISTRIBUTORS. He breaks it down financially for Sharon. Also in this email Sharon tries to tell Donald he wont sell any six pound buckets at the shows just 2 pound bags and says that is per Sherry from Norfields. Donald has attended several Horse Shows with Sherry. She is a great person but incredibly opinionated and foul mouthed. The fact that Sharon is even potentially placing the opinion of someone from a company that owes Amerdon as much as they do shows a serious lack of respect. More importantly here, as you are going to see this again, Sharon is trying to exert some level of childish authority. Donald tells Sharon he will take what he is asking for. Donald breaks down the business sense of attending the shows with Norfields who owe so much money. Donald finishes the email with another request to Sharon to give him the information he needs so that he can finish the insurance.

1. Sharon has been telling some people, in this case Annette, she might give them a percentage of her and Donald’s company. It’s part of how Sharon gets people to like her and promise things she cannot deliver on to get people to do work for her. Donald is saying no.
It’s irrational babbling from someone who is trying to appear bigger, better and more accomplished than they are. Notice in the second paragraph that she says ‘ NO WAY SHE WILL GET ENYTHING IN WRITING.’ That’s Sharon. Take advantage of those who will do work then screw them. Sharon knows the value of having things in writing. This will come up again in 2008.
Then Sharon rambles on about things that Donald has told her about. She does this after the fact to try and make herself appear competent. It’s taking credit for toher peoples statements. She just rambles on making it about her. Complaining about sleep because she chooses to use her time unwisely. Much of it gambling.
2. Sharon starts off by saying, “You will get” She’s like a child. She says thius like she is in charge and that si all she is going ot give Donald. Well its what he asked for.
3. Donald told Sharon the day before, the 1 27 03 email above, he was taking quarts of RR, RR Human and RR MP. Here Sharon is telling him what he should do when it’s what he already told her he was going to do. It’s a self-aggrandinzing/narcissit move. Then she goes on about her time. Donald is the one traveling around the country growing their business.
4. She preaches/rambles on about Texas Football. She then says you might try the Dallas Basketball Team. What she is doing is regurgitating things they have previously talked about to make herself fell authoritative as if she is educating Donald on marketing. At the end she says, “I think it would have happened for you.” She is referring to the 2002 opportunity in Houston. The one Donald put a stop to as Amerdon is no where near ready to deal with a professional sports team. Also she throws out the Dallas Basketball team like it’s no big deal for Donald to just walk in a make the sale.
To these points. Sharon actually believes that if she writes something like this down or asks someone to do something that she is the one responsible for all the success.
8. Donald stopped the Houston deal because the company is not legal. He is not going ot pursue the Dallas deal if they are not legal. He has been trying to get it legal on all accounts since 2000. Yet she makes the statement as if she just thought of it and it’s not something Donald has preached for years.
10. Sharon says, “You are interested in selling and promoting and that is your job. I also wanted you to take the legal hassels off my back and handle them.”
Well as you’ve already read Donald has been doing all the technical work and the marketing. Sharon wants to handle emails, spend money, gamble, collect horses and pretend she’s a Thoroughbred Race Horse owner. So what is Sharon’s job that benefits the growth of Amerdon? Is it randomly making new batches of untested Rapid Response and calling them another name.

This next email from February 6th, 2003 is Donald’s response to an email from Sharon. There was a company in Australia that wanted some distributor information. Donald made a simple request to Sharon asking how much it costs to ship to Dux that is already in that country. This email starts out with Sharon’s childish response by stating what is completely obvious. It sets Donald off a bit as Sharon’s is making it harder and harder to get anything done. She wants to fight about everything. A person like her who is fully aware that another is more competent yet has been unselfishly letting her be a big shot. Well she is trying to make herself bigger than she is again. Eventually around the time of the Australian Lawsuit Donald will end up taking over Australia. Sharon also asks Donald for information on something he has already given her. This happens quite a bit with her. This email also has Sharon saying she is going to randomly send a different product to a customer. You’ll see Donald’s response. It also addresses the Insurance papers that Donald has requested from Sharon from Temsha so he can get the insurance issue straitened out.

This next email from Feb 6 2003 shows Sharon in agreement with Donald’s statement regarding the customer Kimberly in the above email. Donald had talked with a company called Hilton Herbs at a show. They had said they might be interested in a distributorship with Amerdon because they saw what we were doing with Norfields. Donald told Sharon about the company. After Sharon’s response about Kimberly she writes rambling thoughts on Hilton Herbs. The next page you will see Donald’s response to this childish rant. The reader has seen previously that Donald has worked with new Distributors. This rambling from Sharon is just an opportunity to say something disrespectful to Donald.

When the reader sees what unfolds over the next 6 years and reads the Decleration’s to the court From Sharon Louis Morrison and Dwayne Gilbert Morrison they will understand how treacherous Sharon and Dwayne have been. When the reader sees the video from August of 2008 where Sharon has muscle come to the Farm and threaten Donald you will be shocked and hopefully disgusted as to what Sharon and Dwayne have done to Donald Morrison.
Now 2003 is going to get serious. Hopefully I have established Donald’s importance and skill in the development of Amerdon International Inc. enough so at this point I can move faster through the timeline after we get to June of 2003 when Donald has resigned and walked away from his company.
This next email is addressing the World Cup and a competitor we’ll call Steve. Donald has been to his facility in Hidden Hills and met with him. He is a customer of Distributor Annette. Sharon wants to make a deal with Steve and go around Annette. Donald addresses this. Sharon also wants to use Steve’s photos for advertising but Donald will not do so until or if they get an agreement from this World Class Rider. This email is important as coming up Sharon will be beratiung Annette in emails but as soon as it serves Sharon’s interest she is going to try and pur Annette over Donald. This is actually easier for Donald as he doenst have to rely on Sharon and her inconsistency.

The next series of emails start on January 28 of 2003 up to March 11, 2003. Sharon complains about Joanne Nor. She wants Donald to save Joannes company but then accuses Donald of not being a good business man. She does this in 2008 docs because it’s her child like mind and her attemot to control Donald.
Donald is about to head to a tradeshow with Norfields. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Said Donald will bring htem the update. If she onlyt had money. 1/13/03 Sharon asks Donald if there is some way they can help Joanne. Can we take her calls, redirect her orders for magnets, list magnets on our stite…. Redirecting Norfiled customers will come up in the next document when Sharon complains about Donald directing Info and amerdon.com Joanne’s site is down. 2/05/03 Sharon complaining. Dj’s reply I think they may be ready to pay. 2/05/03 10:06 PM Sharon blaming Joanne for not even eating. Tired of waisting time on her. With the new website Sharon wanted Donald to handle the 800 number because she hates to talk on the phone. She wanted her email to be amerdonter@aol.com on the site. Sharon is now seeing that her decision to split up the company efforts was stupid at best. Donald has been the face of Amerdon because he is the one at the trade shows, at the racetracks, visiting farms, rodeos family days. Sharon has done non of this yet thinks that she will have a bunch of new customers but it is Donald that drove the new customer base. This email is Sharon not just blaming Donald but accusing him of stealing and not having her best interest at heart. She makes a claim that Donald has hurt Sharon and Annette. It’s typical mean girl junior high politics because Donald has been doing nothing but helping Annette. Annette asked Donald to host a page on his site for her. Under Annettes requests Donald shipped to Annette during these few months and gave her full credit for the sales. He helped her with her customers as needed. Annette was actually happy that she didn’t have to deal with Sharon and her crazy ideas and reactions. The reader has previously seen Sharon bad mouth Annette. This is another case of Sharon doing what ever she feels to control what she is incapable of controlling. Sharon ends the email saying she has asked Annette to go to the Las Vegas show and hopefully she can benefit from it. In this document Sharon will state she has heard from people at the tradeshows that Donalds explanations are so fancy. That is Joanne Nor. Whether or not it is true Sharon is just using whatever suits her agenda and whomever she can manipulate. In the same breath Sharon says they say he doesn’t know much about horses yet (whick is understandable)> People are making statements that benefit themselves. After three years of marketing AMerdon and Rapid Response Donald knows plenty about horses. Donald doesn’t know horses but in the next breath says he talks to fancy. Sharon talks about Donald making lots of money like he used to. Once again Donald good at business. This is all about Sharon. Sharon does this, Sharon doesn’t have enough for this.etc.. Donald reminds Sharon that she has approximately 2000.00 more to work with because Donald is currently taking product and selling it. That product costs Amerdon or in Sharons eyes, Sharon, less than 400.00. Donlad has to remind Sharon that it is impossible for him to be selling more than what Amerdon is shipping to Texas every month. How can Donald sell more than 16 gallons a month if he doesn’t have it. Amerdon’s expense at that time was approximately 16% per gallon. So if Sharon/Amerdon was shipping Donald 2400.00 worth of product it was only costing their company $400.00. Apply 16% to Sharon’s claim they sold 170,000.00 in 2002 and ask Sharon were the rest of the money went. Ultimatly Donald is doing what ‘s best to move Amerdon forward in the face of dealing with a chil who tries to act more accomplished than they are.
4 03 03 Donald Responds again to Sharon BS
Five days later Donald get’s an email from Sharon with, as you might of guessed, the request to go back to one website. Donald’s response is in red. He was right all along. Sharon has tried to create a narrative with people disparaging Donald and placing herself in authority. The reader probably has a sense now of who the real Sharon Morrison is and what she is capable of. It’s astounding how non-chalant she is in her request.
On April 15th 2003 Sharon sent an email directly to Donald’s wife Heather. It is disturbing how someone whith the level of a narcissistic personality and their self aggrandizing can actually write this email and believe they are in the right. Sharon states she is in a position of great responsibility. She says sh e first got upset with Donald because of the email and misrepresents the when why or what they have discussed. She completely bypasses that her decision to separate their company into two websites was completely irresponsible. Sharon states that she is the owner of Amerdon and refers to him as her nephew. As she dwells on the previously addressed email address she states that he does not consider how I was going to pay the bills. As addressed previously, Donald only reveived so much product at his Austin office from Amerdon per month. It was valued at $2400.00. He couldn’t possibly sell more product than he has so it’s impossible that he took business from Sharon’s, so called customers. Sharon says Donald is a partner, but not an equal partner. She considers him in training. Training for what? Donald is the technical and growth oriented work. He is the one meeting with everyone.
Sharon keeps making the statement that she wants everything done her way. That she sends Donald to work toward her goals. Like a child she complains about an old camera as if it a major item. She wants to use it to record a baby thouroughbred she has bread and will be training for racing. Donald used the camera to shoot promotional materials and was happy to ship it back. FYI In the future Donald is goig ot buy a $3500.00 video camera with his money and Amerdon is going ot benefit greatly from it’s use at his hands.
It’s discusting that she is so self absorbed that she gives Donald no credit for what he has done and tries to discredit hinm as a lowly website updater and someone she has to train.
The reader will see it is all about what Sharon wants. What Sharon wants is for everyone else to do all the work and just give her the money and notoriety. In Sharon’s mind their company has become hers and she is paying for this and that. It’s not the company. She now has 40 animals on the farm and Donald is suppose to continue to let her waste money. Sharon claims that Donald is all about money yet it’s Donald who is willing to go to great effort for very little to grow their company and Sharon is the one always complaining about not having enough money.
The sickest part of this email is that Sharon is trying to get Heather to feel sorry for her. Sharon is trying to manipulate Heather like she does most everyone else. Poor Sharon, I have to work so hard, I make dumb decisions but someone e3lse should pay for them. Of course she never sleeps. From Amerdon International perspective all Sharon has to do is answere emails, print out purchase orders for UPS and have John put the bottles or buckets in boxes and ship them. Every 5 or six moths a new batch of Rapid Response is made. It’s a one day affair. Notice in this Email to Heather that Sharon admits the Farm is not a research facility and never will be.
April 20, 2003. This email from Sharon starts out as most. It’s all about her and her sacrifice. I have been up for 31 hours. If she would stay out of the casinos or off the internet with her online gambling she might get some sleep. It’s more rambling from someone who doesn’t have a clue. She wants what she wants. To reiterate, Donald knows of Sharons limited social ability and how asocial she is. She has been a loaner most of her life. HE provided the skill and time for her to have the experience she could have never gotten for herself. He did it at Terri’s request.

It’s clear that Donald thought the two websites was a bad idea. For the sake of argument in his previous email in response to Sharon making claims about who a persons customers were Donald responded that he could clearly show the Leslie was his along with Reid. It was a point made just for the sake of the situation Donald is making the point that Sharon’s distributor style set up is not going to work. No, after 3 years of growing a company that makes nutritional supplements for horses Donald has become pretty knowledgable. It has been mentioned that Sharon discredits Donald to others to try and maintatin an air of authority. Sharon actually sends out an email to a customer, Leslie and asks her who she wants to work with. Sharon is not doing this because Donald can show that he has worked with this person since day one. Here is the email that Sharon sent and what she prefaced her question to the customer with. It’s insane that business partner would say something like this about their partner. This wont be the first time.
4 22 03 Leslie Maynard DJ Doesn't Know Horses
Sharon has requested that Donald give her a contact list. Sharon has not taken the time to keep a contact list of all of Amerdon’s customers. Donald provides this. The first page Donald provides a list of everyone he has shipped to since the new shopping cart.. Some are people he has shipped to since the new website and some are people he has shipped to for Annette. Donald doesn’t claim any of the customers as his. Sharon is pretty clueless as to who most of them are. You can see the notes Sharon makes next to the names on the list. The next page Donald provides Sharon a list of names in his address book. It’s the same address book that Sharon has but she doesn’t use it. Sharon gets pissed because she thinks Donald has shipped to everyone on the list. It clearly states he hasn’t. She asks how they have all gone Donald’s way and how they can fix this. He hasn’t. Donald wouldn’t even have enough product to make those kind of sales as well all those people do not order. They are just in the address book. Not to mention the product Donald sells for Annette.

Donald states he has shipped for Annette and given her the commission and that he has taken care of her paperwork. She still has product she hasn’t paid for.” See Sharon response. Sharon mentions Annette several timnes and as is the case with Sharon. It benefits Sharon to get Annette on her side if she wants to lie and make it a Sharon and Annette verses Donald thing. Sharon throws Annette under the bus and bad mouths her as soon as it suits her purpose. It should be said that Annette is a con. She plays to whomever will give something to her or she can get something for. Donald did so much support work for her in that three monthd but she immediately runs back to Sharon when it suits her. See Annette was happy there was a new website and she could have a page on it and they could move forward without dealing with Sharon’s psychotic behavior.

4 24 03 Contacts Contradicts Herself Annette
Approximat date of May 4th 2003 Donald got a call from a young lady who had been using Rapid Response for three months. The cost of Rapid Response was a strain for her, but she dearly loved her horse and would do anything for her. Donald was sending her their most potent product at a greatly reduced price. The girl was having success with her horse and was excited. Donald remembers the girl and the name of her horse to this day. The call he received from that girl will forever be etched in his mind and heart. For some reason the girl had either called the Amerdon’s office, which was weird because the 800 number went to Donald’s phone, or Sharon specifically looked her up from Donald’s contact list her gave her and called. Sharon’s story is that the girl called the Amerdon office. Either way when Donald picked up his phone the voice on the other end was in tears. She was screaming how could you, how could you, you know my horse means everything and it was a a financial strain to make the purchase, how could you! Shocked Donald said “what? What do you mean? In tears the girl seys. “I just got off the phone with your aunt and she says you have been sending me the wrong formula and not the good one!”. Donald tried to assure her that was not the case. She was getting their strongest formula and he was charging her much less for it. Sharon, without knowing anything about Donald’s work with this girl undermined him on the phone. Lied to the girl about what Donald was sending her. Then Sharon proceeded to bad mouth Donald as not knowing much about horses and not having integrity all the time. The lies were shocking. Why would a business partner even make such a statement to a customer? It was specifically to undermine Donald. He can still feel the heartbreak of that girls tears that were prompted by lies from Sharon. Sharon used that girl and her feeling st otry and make herself seem more important. It was discusting.
That was it! Donald resigned from Amerdon International on May 5th 2003. That’s right Donald resigned!
Donald finished up the commitments with customers and moved on. Sharon decided she wanted to go back to Donald receiving 1200.00 every two weeks from Amerdon. She actually sent a check. Donald was not going to do this anymore. By May 20th he had finished his commitments. These emails are from Sharon on May 20th 2003. They are singing Donalds praise. She even offers him leads from all over the U.S. Sharon calls him a AAA (Triple A) salesman. Sharon even throws Annette into the conversation.

Sharon has called Donald twice but he has not answered the phone. Donald’s father Dwayne call him on the phone. He tells Donald that Sharon is sorry for what she did and would like Donald to come back. He is as responsible as she is for the growth of Amerdon and Sharon wants him back.
Donald calls Sharon and leaves a message. Sharon is spending a week with Dwayne and Vicki Morrison seeing family. When Sharon sends the following email Donald has to think hard about coming back. Ground rules must be in place. Sharon is still paying to have her horses trained, boarded, fed, raced and medical. The expensive things associated with racing a horse. It’s typical Sharon being selfish and spending the companies money any way she sees fit.

Sharon wants a Rapid Response Convention in Las Vegas. Look who she tries to task with accomplishing that. Once again Sharon thinks of something but Donald is the one who can get things done. Sharon has placed a $125,000.00 value on video production. In the next few years Donald will do a tremendous amount of Video production for their company for peanuts. It also mentions the vet in Florida that Donald met with at the Gaylord Palms Horse Show years ago and handed Julia Simonson her first Rapid Response. This is more of Sharon’s rambling with no reality. She talks a big game but cannot execute. At this time it’s not even financially feasible to do an event like this nor create District Managers. Also Sharon states theat she has not received a video from Laura perhaps Donald can get it. This is indicative of Sharons inability to follow through on tasks.

Donald is successful in finding a quality Aloe provider. This doc covers Donald’s efforts from 2003 to 2005. In 2005 the Aloe provider had to ask twice for final payment on the relative order. Donald had a conversation with Sharon about the invoices being paid right away. Donald’s name was out there and he did not want his reputation injured.
Donald was tasked with creating ads again. Here is one of the ad’s created for advertising in 2004. Notice the use of the Amerdon Logo with the Infinity symbol pointed skyward. Donald created ads for their company Amerdon International from 2000 through 2008. Here are just a few.
In 2004 Sharon added a product to Rapid Response. It was only used once. Donald called it her bogus ingredient. It was never tested nor used again. Here is a copy of the product manufacturing notes from then.

I’ll share with you an email from Sharon on November 24, 2004. Try and keep up if you can. Item 1. Sharon admits that Rapid Response MP is the same formula as Rapid Response and Rapid Response H for humans. Item 5 Sharon asks Donald to do research on additional ingredients. As I have established in this document previously, Donald is the one with the ingredient knowledge and the one that handles technical and business related items. Item 7 Sharon pretty much states this. Handling the day to day is all she can handle and everything else goes to DJ.

What Sharon is doing to Rapid Response is randomly increasing one of the ingredients. For example if she has several pounds of one ingredient mixed into a large amount of Aloe Vera she will just mix in several more pounds of the same ingredient, whether is feasible or not and tells everyone it is a better product for whatever ailments she wants to address. If glucosamine is good for your joints and you ad more of it to your product you can’t then start telling people that the new formula helps with lyme disease or ulcers. But Sharon does it. Untested she just makes claims.
Several hundred thousand dollars runs through Amerdon in 2004 but on 12/01/2004 there is only $2,146.94 dollars in the company’s bank account. Wait till I tell you how much it cost to manufacture Rapid Response.
There is substantially more information for 2004 but this document needs to move along. I will leave you with Sharon Louise Morrison’s claimed 2004 gambling winnings from Casinos and Horses. It’s $44,319.00. How much did she loose to get those wins. Stay tuned.

On January 11th 2005 Donald was able to secure insurance for their company Amerdon International Inc.
Insurance had been a long process. Donald had applied with three other insurance agency’s but Amerdon was denied. During the process Donald looked at the viability of getting vendor endorsement’s as additionally insured. It was not viable. Not previously having insurance for their still relatively new company that made nutritional supplements that were being taken by animals and humans greatly hindered the process. Having a company registered in Nevada but operating our of California without all the appropriate operational procedures for legality being met was also a difficult hurdle. Donald was able to put together compliance with having a Nevada Corporation and shipping product from California. What took the longest though was Sharon. She would not follow through on Donalds requests for months. You guessed it because she was so busy she hadn’t slept in 30 hours. During the process Donald spear heads the completion of the Overseas Manufacturer GMP Clearance Application Form.
A lawsuit developed in Australia. Amerdon International Inc’s Australian distributor had a customer that was selling a lot of Rapid Response. Those customers started a company called Rapid Response Australasia Pty Ltd. Because Rapid Response was not yet certified by the TGA, discussed above, these customers could not sell the product to humans under the Rapid Response name. First these customers were also very big in the equine industry. In order to sell Rapid Response the customers had to rebrand it. Something that is done all the time. I’m breaking all this down so the reader gets a further understanding of Sharon Louis Morrison’s ability and rational behavior. These customers were doing very well in Australia. That had newspaper articles written about their “rebranded” product. Had large sports team’s using the product. They had done VO2 testing. Point being they had invested a lot and were making money which means Amerdon makes money. Amerdon International Inc itself rebrands a product. It is shipped to Amerdon and all they do is pour it into their own buckets or bags and sell it as Full Energy.
That being said Sharon fires of a scathing email to the Australia Distributors. This distributor has been one of the biggest purchasers of RR since Terri was alive. Sharon starts making demand. Sharon is not mad about the Australasia company name she had seen it in 2005, see 4/29/05 doc, but made no complaints.

In 2002 Sharon had sent an inferior version of Rapid Response to Australia. This has been discussed previously. These Australaisia customers were not happy but they stuck with Rapid Response. As soon as Sharon started the legal proceeding’s the Australasia customers brought it up.

She also calls DJ her nephew as if he is some lower life fform. The thing about this rambling on the Australasia issue is if Sharon would have handled the TGA immediately then there would have never been a reason to change the RR name in Australia.

These legal proceedings were implemented because of Sharon’s childish and irrational behavior and her complete lack of business savvy.
Here is another email from 4/7/2004. It’s more of Sharon’s rambling and complete lack of reality. She states that she has actresses willing to go on television and talk about RR. This is a lie. They were using RR but were not going on TV to talk about it. This was the biggest show on TV at the time. They were not going to represent a product that had it’s labels put on with packing tape.

Regarding the actresses. There was an actress that did a photo shoot on a horse that was helped tremendously by RR. The photo shoot was about rescuing horses not Rapid Response. However Amerdon was running an ad in a Malibu Magazine with a picture of a professional rider on that horse. This same rider is one Donald shot a beautiful video of during a competition in Santa Barbara.
There is so much more but I will move on. The reader should have a pretty good idea of who Donald James Morrison is.
One more thing for 2005. Giacomo wins the Kentucky Derby while using Amerdon products. It won’t be until 2008, after Donald gets an agreement with the trainer to endorse RR that Amerdon can start really capitalizing on the win.
I’ll start moving quickly through the next few years and get to 2008.
2006
Donald is attending horse shows and events. He is also traveling all over the U.S. and creating much more video advertising content and testimonials from customers. His newer Video content is professional level. Using the same gear Donald used to shoot his movie with. It was top notch with professional audio.. Here is a documents showing some of the thumb nails. Donald had put together Tradeshow videos for their booths as well as stores that may carry RR.
A note about on of the testimonials. Sharon had talked with an athlete and he would be amenable to doing a video testimonial. Donald was to meet the athlete in Tampa Florida. When Donald arrived in Tampa the athlete could not be reached. When Donald called Sharon she said she had not followed up and confirmed the meeting. Donald had just spent the money and time to fly to Tampa on a Friday. Saturday was the shoot and Sunday her would return home. Sharon says don’t worry about it. Just consider it a vacation. Donald didn’t fly to Tampa for a one day vacation, how preposterous. Donald did track the athlete down in the hotel they were staying at and got the testimonial. It’s one of the best Amerdon Intenraional ever received. An additional note on this same athlete. Prior to establish]shing a relationahsip with the athlete Sharon used his name in an ad without permission. This brought a letter from the athletes management.

At a tradeshow at the end of 2005 Donald saw a nutritional product named Rapid Response. It was for humans. Donald made phone calls to speak with the President and followed that with a cease and decist request on November 11, 2005. Donald received a phone call from a company representative that they would onlyu respond to Amerdon International Inc if they received correspondence through an attorney. On January 2, 2006 Sharon bought the Electric Life product so they had it in there possession. By March 30, 2006 several more attempts at communication were made. On March 30, 2006 Sharon asked Donald to hire an attorney. Donald spoke with several attorneys. The initial step was that the attorney would write and cease and decist demand letter, “full of teethe’” as the attorney put it for 1000.00. Sharon did not want to spend the money. Donald told her that they have to diligently protect their trade mark. If they do not they can loose it’s protection. She said no. Previoulsy the reader saw in the Macrossans email that Sharon did not initially dispute the Australasia Company’s use of Rapid Response. Thus her complaint would not have much weight. In Donald’s security consulting fimr they work for clients protecting their intellectual property through training and procedures. Donald is not Happy that Sharon will not follow through and protect their Trademark.
This had happened previously in 2002. Donald saw an announcement by a company for their new product Rapid Response G.I. at the Vet show in Orlando Florida he was attending. Donald had recently been successful in Trademarking Rapid Response for Amerdon International Inc. He notified Sharon of the company and that they should act. Donald did reach out to an attorney who drafted a response that ended up not going out. Here is a series of emails on it.
That is three times the trademark was not protected. Donald was concerned about their legal position.

I’ll talk about the agreement between Sharon and Donald. When Donald came back in 2004 it was as equal partners. By 2006 they had decided that Donald and his family would move to California in 2008 after his son graduated high school. They had previously discussed the company money being used to pay for the farm. That is Donald’s money as well and he was in agreement as the property would be his as well. They would divide it and Donald would build a home. Donald was taking a draw of 1500.00 a month from their company. Many times Sharon asked him if he would like more money. His response was no keep saving so we have money to market with in 2008 when I get there full time. Sharon is driving a Nissan 350Z at this time. Donald is once again unselfishly letting her spend on herself, the farm and horse racing and gambling. Donald agrees to move his family to Valley Center California to grow the business, even though that is not necessary, for an initial draw of $5000.00 per month. She has bought a Kabotat tractor and a Gator UTV. Donald is not causing a fuss about any of this. When he gets there Amerdon will purchase a car for his use. More on this later. Sharon also uses company money to get a BMW for her horse trainer.
The BMW cost 9000.00 and eventually the trainer just leaves it on the side of the road and walks away.

Congratulations to John (trainer of Giacomo the 2005 winner of the
Kentucky Derby) and ZENYATTA who won the $5,000,000 Breeders Cup Classic on 11-7-09 beating the best male horses in the country including the Kentucky Derby and Belmont winners. She is the World's Horse of the Year winning 19 of 19 races and 9 are Grade 1 stakes races in a row, a record as of October of 2010! Her last race was the 5 million dollar Breeders Cup Classic race against the boys 11-9-10. She lost by a half a head because she was way too far back. She won in the next stride after the wire. On January 17, 2011 she was voted the Eclipse Award for Horse of the Year for 2010 (which I have been calling her for months....now it is official. ZENYATTA is the greatest racehorse of all time!!
Rapid Response was not being manufactured in a lab anymore. Sharon had moved it to the farm in a rat infested covered patio. When Donald is there to help manufacture and finds out about this he says no way. You can’t manufacture in this place. There is rat urine and feces on many of the boxes they use for shipping on the shelves as sell. Donald again says you can’t ship with those. They have to be thrown away. Sharon refuses. The next day Donald takes them to the dumpster. Later he finds out Sharon has had them brought back to the house. This will pop up again in 2008.
2008
Donald took a buy out from his associates in their security Company. This included him signing a non-compete. Donald makes arrangements to have his rental property’s cared for. Sharon now wants to break down the ownership into 20% now, 20% in 6 months and the last 10% in December. This is not what they agreed but Donald agreed anyway to appease Sharon and he had committed everything as to his word and financial future. Sharon and Donald met with an attorney to talk about dividing the property. It was going to take time so Donald put an offer in on a house in April on Red Mountain Dr in Valley Center.
It was agreed that they would officially do the paperwork for Amerdon to issue owner ship. Even though they are partners and the reader will remember everything I previously wrote about corporations Donald wanted everything in writing. In may 2008 Sharon was dragging her feet about doing the paperwork. All thye needed to do is sit down as a Director and President, call a meeting and issue stocks. They stocks have no value this is just a simple procedure. Sharon refuses and says we need to go to Nevada and meet with the Nevada Corporate Headquarters people to ask how to do this. They went to Nevada, spent a small fortune and the NCH individuals told Sharon what Donald told her. As well an email where Sharon is talking about the bills for the trip, Donalds new video and “I cannot even go to the casion….so you know I am worried”! They have decided to create a new product. Donald starts doing preliminary PH testing in April and May. Donald is going to shelve this in June of 2008 for reasons to come. It’s important that the reader knows this product was never fully developed and never went to market. Donald Trademarked the name and design. Here is the initial product packaging concept.
May Donald is back in Austin to attend his sons graduation. Donald’s son will be attending Boise State University 3 months later in August of 2008.
June 1st. Donald is at the farm. To start here are notes from Donalds notebook of some of Donalds work as well as notes on Sharon’s behavior including gambling through September 2008. I will be addressing many items included here but the reader can paruse these documents and see that Donald was very busy and Sharon nutty.

So June 1st. Yes Donald has figured out there is a problem. Working at the farm are two Mexicans that stay in a trailer. John Ellul who has been around since Terri, you will see him in the video in August. Two ladys that come in at different times. Everyone of these people does work on the farm feeding and watering horses. The two Mexicans do most of the manual labor cleaning pens, feeding hourses, maintaining the property etc. John Ellul does all of that and helps do shipping of the products in the garage. The two Ladies also work in the office and package product for shipping. UPS comes everyday and picks up. That is a lot of laborers for this small company. What is Sharon doing? She answers her emails, prints out the shipping orders for the ladies who also feed Sharons 15 dogs. The ladies do office work that is pretty minimal. Sharon is logged into to her horse racing gambling site. When it is time to package product for shipping Sharon goes out to the garage and tells everyone how to label and box up the product. Everyone knows what to do but that is Sharon’s way of thinking she is in charge and being a leader. This is the same for everything. Sharon asks the girls to make the dog food up then stands there why they do it. Sharon asks for something to be done with the horses and while it’s being done she stands around and watches. Literally Sharon hands off everything and does nothing but watch others work. That’s her idea of being a CEO and an effective financial leader. It’s a massive waste of money.
Now Sharon has told everyone that Donald is her nephew and she is bringing him into the business and needs to train him on how to run the business. Yes Donald is not happy.
Donald goes out to meet several clients and finds out that Sharon has told all of them that she is bringing in her nephew to help with the company. She has literally set the stage so that people will have no understanding of what it is Donald has done and how long he has been her partner.
I’ll go right to the money. Donald starts running the sales numbers. Since January of 2006 to June 2008 the company has done approximately 1.4 million dollars in sales on just the Miva Shopping Cart, the one Donald set up. That doesn’t count checks or cash. But the company is broke! Rapid Response is incredibly profitable. The markup is huge

Between January 2008 till August 6th 2008 Amerdon had approximately $430,865.18 .00 in sales. Roughly 8 months. Customer names and private info have been removed. Lines 24 to 30 are not formatted the same.
During this time Sharon also refinanced the Farm and took out 154,688.00. It’s listed in Sharons 2007 Taxes previously.
The company has no money to pay Donald 5000.00 a month. It has no money to pay for advertising/marketing. The money is gone. Some readers may say it costs a lot to run Amerdon International Inc. You have already seen proof above where she is spending money. Maybe I’ll show everyone what it costs to make Rapid Response.
Sharon has not only wasted money on horse racing and pour maintenance at the farm she has gambled away an unbelievable amount. Donald was kind in letting Sharon have the farm she wanted and do her horse racing, all with company money and in return she has spent everything and added 154,688.00 in debt to the farm.
Sharon has been enjoying her 350 Z being paid by the company. There was not money for Donald to get a company car. On July 1 Donald went into Toyota of Temecula and purchased a Toyota Carolla. He told Sharon he will put 2500.00 down and the company can reimburse him later. Donald set up a lease agreement to lease the Toyota to the company after he purchased it.
On July 13 Dwayne Morrison and his wife Vicki came to town. Sharon told Dwayne that Amerdon bought Donald a car. Donald corrected her and said Donald bought a car. Amerdon didn’t pay for it.
Donald addressed the issue of the 1.4 million dollars being all gone. Dwayne’s response was he doesn’t know what it cost to run a business maybe it cost that much. This is the man listed as the Treasurer of Amerdon International. When the reader getrs to read Dwaynes decleration this will have even more impact as to Dwaynes lies and narcissim. Amerdon bought you a car, no I paid for it.
Donald moved forward among these new discoveries. He really had no choice. His partner had spent all the money and he had signed a non compete with his old company so he could not return to that work and his son was starting College in August and Donalds daughter and wife had to be in a home for their daughter to start school at Valley Center High School.

This document was never presented to Donald nor did it exist on August 24 2008. This document was created after Donald filed the comlaint. It showed up at Donalds home in Austin TX on 10 11 2008 via certified male. It is important as the reader will see that Donald and Sharon actually have conversations about moving forward. NOTE: Dwaynes March 9 2009 letter says Sharon was preparing an offer. Not if this letter is true. Also NOTE She tried to give me an offer about human division. I wsaid what is happening with Kiss the Sky, is there a sponsorship? She said yes. Then said it’s product I asked for more. She said it’s non of your concern right in front of our employee Kay. This is the same document she has been working on for 5 weeks and we have already talked about why it’s not good for me. No money on the table. Sharon is still not addressing all the legal issues. She is still using the American Express Card of Terri Fourzon who has been deceased since December 2000. We are not in corporate compliance for Nevada or California, the product is not being manufactured in a lab or at minimum a clean room etc. If Donald was to even entertain her thoughts, again, about a human division, they are in no way ready to handle the growth.

At this point Sharon is not going to honor anything. It doesn’t matter how many times Donald gives her opportunities to do the right thing. Donald is hemorrhaging money and not bringing any in. It’s already affecting his son in college and the family’s second payment for the semester, approximatly 12,000.00. Donald will try this one last ditch option. He will close the company down and try to get Sharon and Dwayne back to the reality table for Amerdon. Sharon is going to have to suffer the loss of her business as Donald is. As Donald does this the legal compliance issues that he is addressing with Sharon will be brought to light.
SHARON IS SCARED
Donald is the Executive Director. He is listed as the Director on the corporate document in Nevada at the Secretary of States office. Everything he does next he does legally.
The lake of respect and empathy for all Donald has done for their company and empathy for the position he is now in financially to take care of his family and career is the kind that individuals with Naarcississtic self absorbed personality do.
As Amerdon International Inc’s Director Donald calls a Special meeting. As previously provided in this document Donald is the only director for Amerdon International Inc. in 2008. Donald follows legal corporate procedures for a special meeting and waiver.
9 23 08 Waive and Minutes Special Meeting Board of Directors
Donald presents Cease and Decist orders to Sharon Morrison and Dwayne Morrison. This is a first round attempt to get them to honor the agreement and the last eight years. It is not Donald’s wish to close down their company. He has to use whatever legal means he can to get them to follow through with the agreement.
Dwayne is gone hunting at this time. The plan is Donald sends Dwayne the appropriate corporate documents and then calls Dwaynes wife Vicki. HE tells her I’ve sent a letter. When Dwayne gets back have him call me so I can explain. Donald’s hope is that Dwayne will be reasonable and tell Sharon she needs to work with Donald. Ultimately this is not going to happen. Dwayne is a narcissistic manipulator. He is fine if you make him look good. If you do something he does not like then he tries to shame you regardless of why you are doing what you do.
When Dwayne calls Donald regarding the notice he chastises Donald for being a criminal and trying to take Sharon’s company. Donald never even gets to explain what he is trying to do. Dwayne hangs up on him and never takes his call again.
Donald moves forward with his last options. On October 1, 2008 Donald files a Breach of Contract suit against Sharon L. Morrison. Donald does this himself (Pre Se). He does not use an attorney. This is his attempt to get Sharon to follow their agreement by showing her how serious this stuation is and can get. He then travels to Nevada and closes down Amerdon International Inc. It is all done legally. Donald doesn’t want to do this. Here is the Certificate of Dissolution. Donald also protects the Corporate name so they can re-establish it when Sharon honor the agreement.

Donald then closes down the company’s bank account. At this time the company only has 8,119.63 It’s not even enough to pay Donald what is owed him. Donald has the cashier check made out to Amerdon International. He then deposits into the new Amerdon International account. Donald is hoping once again that the agreement is honored and they will use this money to continue operations. Even though Donald is owed money he is still keeping this money safe for business operations.
Donald reaches out to try and tries to get Sharon to act reasonably. All she has to do is honor their agreement. She refuses and Donald is forced to hire an attorney. This is going to go to court.
Here are both Sharon Morrison and Dwayne Gilbert Morrison. The reader has seen the truth of what truly happened the last 8 years. The declarations from Sharon Morrison and Dwayne Gilbert Morrison are blatant lies. Dwayne’s declaration reads as if he has been the guiding force for Amerdon all these years. It’s typical of Dwayne’s inflated ego. Remember the video with the Thugs. When Donald was talking to Dwayne on the video Dwayne new nothing of what Sharon was doing. He will lie about that in his declaration.

Donald retained an attorney In California named Prowse. He paid a 3000.00 retainer. The attorney charged Donald all $3000.00 just to read through Donald’s initial Pre Se filing and associated documents. The attorney didn’t even notify Sharon’s attorney Newell Cummings that he now represented Donald. This lead to Sharon and her attorney thinking they had power of Donald in the case as he was no match for an attorney.
Donald reaches out to his brother Theron D Morrison, an attorney in Utah, for help. Theron says he will help Donald with the case but will use one of his Attorneys named Bill Lee as Bill has passed the bar in California.
The case went on for months with the typical requests for discovery and admissions. Then on June 1st, 2009 Donald’s Attorney Bill Lee did not show up in court. Bill Lee had called the court earlier and asked to reschedule this June 1st date. He told Donald he had done that and would re-scheedule it. The re-scheduling was was not granted. Bill Lee did not follow up on it and on June 1, 2009 a default judgement was given to Sharon because Donald’s attorney was not there. Bill Lee was in Las Vegas gambling. With all of Donald’s proof to support his case and prove Sharon and Dwayne are lying in their declerations suddenly not only was he not going to get his day in court he no owed Sharon 199,450.00. Donald then had to pay his attorney to file a motion to set aside the default judgement. The court agreed to set aside the judgement but Donald if Donald paid approximately 5400.00 paid by February 4th, 20010. Donald had to take a loan out on his Chevrolet Tahoe to cover this expense. Bill Lee said he would reach out to the court for an extension to get the money in. Donald sent the money to Theron Morrison’s law firm on February 15, 2010. It was to late and Bill Lee had not asked for the time extension. The Default Judgement was re-instated on February 4th, 2010 and Bill Lee and Theron Morrison didn’t even know; or pretended they didn't know.

Bill continues working with Donald, even though the case is over, charging him as they moved forward to receiving Sharon’s discovery responses. Bill Lee sends a letter to Sharon’s attorney March 23, 2010 that say’s if he doesn’t receive Sharon’s discovery responses by March 29, 2010 he “will be forced to compel” the responses.
At this time Sharon’s attorney had to tell Bill Lee and Theron Morrison that the case was over! But Bill Lee and Theron Morrison continued to strategies about the case and on June 23, 2008Bill Lee sent Sharon’s attorney Newell Cummings another request to compel. Tht is four and a half months since the default judgement was issued! This is not a joke. That is how bad Donald’s attorneys were. Donald lost everything because his Attorney did not show up in court and then continued to bill Donald for 5 more months of work. Read Sharon’s attorney’s declaration to the court regarding Bill Lee and Theron Morrison completely scam and botchery of representation.

Donald could still file a lawsuit for fraud and a few other reasons. Sharon knew she had gotten lucky with that default judgement and was not owed that money. If she tried to collect it Donald would take her back to court which she didn’t want to do. She would lose. Donald just walked away. HE walked away from ten years of his business career and millions of dollars and let Sharon go about her business.
This brings us to why this document is now being written. The reader should know that Sharon Morrison did not like Theron Morrison or Whitne Morrison, Donald’s siblings. They accused Dwayne Gilbert Morrison as well as Sharon’s father Richard Morrison of sexual abuse.
So why did Sharon join with Theron and Whitne in 2020 in a petition Theron and Whitne filed against Donald on February 5th 2019. Money and spite. To try and make herself feel better about screwing Donald over in 2008 because now she had two other family members that she could co conspire with and they could all tell themselves they were justified in what they were doing.

Why did Theron and Whitne file a petition for removal of trustee Donald Morrison. Because Donald caught Theron trying to steal more than $300,000.00 and even after telling his sister about it, prior to their mothers passing, Whitne Morrison Strain wanted to steal money from the will as well.
Once again the reader is going to be shocked and what is coming up.
Coming up I will explain how Donald and his Wife Heather had dropped everything to take care of his mother in her last 24 days of life, while Theron Morrison is in Hawaii with his famliy and Whitne heads out to the Caribbean.
Read through the second set of Donald’s Logbooks. He has written down things Sharon has done or chronicles the actions or irrational behavior.
As Donald and Sharon discuss what needs to be done she will usually argue with Donald on some issues. Then later will come up to Donald and suggest and issue or idea Donald has previously presented as if it’s her own idea. It’s a childish game. Sharon is unable to handle the business and is scared because Donald is making great headway and Amerdon is going to explode.
WHAT'S NEXT AND WHY
Donald tried to leave this behind in 2010. Unfortunatly it must come out now because what Sharon Louise Morrison, Dwayne Gilbert Morrison, attorney Theron Dolliver Morrison and Whitne Morrison Strain have done and are doing is so egregious it cannot go unchallenged. Yes, these are all family members.
In 2008 Donald was forced to close down Amerdon International Inc and walk away from millions of dollars and 10 years of his life. His reputation was trashed with lies. Donald didn’t just loose ten years of his business career he also lost the financial success and blessing that should have been enjoyed by he and his family all theseyears later and the rest of his life. He also had to close it down to protect the customers health and safety.
To those who think they are going to take over Rapid Response when Sharon Louise Morrison passes away, they have another thing coming. Donald and his wife Heather made the decision in 2010 to leave Sharon alone. If they would have pushed the issue and another court case Sharon would more than likely lose everything. At her age it would be difficult to start over.
